Alicia Daugherty is the founder and principal of Alicia Daugherty Coaching LLC, a leadership and executive coaching practice. Her passion is helping leaders at all levels improve their performance and fulfillment through deepening self-awareness, understanding the impact, and defining concrete actions. In addition to individual executive coaching, she co-leads group coaching and mentoring programs for women leaders and serves as a DEI program facilitator.

Deborah T. Affonsa

Deborah T. (Deb) Affonsa is currently an executive advisor at EDMs, a boutique consulting firm specializing in the energy sector.  She is also a part-time Lecturer for The Wharton School, Communication Program at the University of Pennsylvania.   

She previously served as Chief Customer Officer for Public Service Electric and Gas (PSEG) with responsibility for all aspect of customer operation (meter-to-cash, meter reading, billing, credit & collections) as well as customer service and account management (contact centers, account management, complaints).

David B. Zabetakis

David Zabetakis, a veteran, has served in a variety of executive positions globally in the power, industrial, and energy infrastructure sectors for over 36 years. David serves as a Board Director and on the Advisory Boards for several entities focused on power infrastructure solutions, and over the last decade on clean energy technology. David currently is the Interim CEO and Board Member for green hydrogen startup ARCO Technologies. Mr. Zabetakis is the former CEO and Board Member for Tesmec International and was the CEO of TechPro Services. He was President of Doble Engineering Company, a global manufacturer of power testing and monitoring equipment where he expanded the company to 110 countries.

Jarl Pedersen

Jarl Pedersen is an executive advisor and board member focused on clean energy and the maritime industry.

His experience comprises 30 years in the private and public sector, including 12 years as Director with Shell Energy North America and four years as Chief Commercial Officer with the Port of Corpus Christi.

Mr. Pedersen has gained total value chain know-how in maritime, power generation, renewable energy, energy storage, biogas, RNG, CNG, LNG, hydrogen, ammonia, carbon capture, and CO2 storage solutions. He has a proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships, resulting in the successful development of world-scale projects and the negotiation of complex agreements.

Mr. Pedersen holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Systems from the Technical University of Denmark and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Trade from the Copenhagen Business School. He completed an Executive Program from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Martin Flusberg

Martin Flusberg is a successful serial technology entrepreneur who has built and sold multiple companies. Several of his companies have been sustainability-related, including his most recent, Powerhouse Dynamics, which addressed energy, water, food sustainability, and food safety and was sold in 2019 to a public company.

Martin is now focused on mentoring, consulting, and board memberships and serves on multiple for-profit and non-profit boards, including CIRQ+ and the Charles River Watershed Association. He is also a partner in the Clean Energy Venture Group, which invests in cleantech companies and provides mentoring services for several organizations, including the Cleantech Open.
